HOW TO ORDER

PAYPAL is not accepted.

Before placing an order, please read this information in its entirety:

All DVDs cost $20.00 each except where otherwise noted.

POLICY:

All of our DVDs are produced in the DVD-R format. If your DVD player cannot play DVD-R, your machine is out of specification and you need to buy a new one. Returns will not be accepted due to player incompatibility.

No cash refunds. Defective DVDs will be replaced with a DVD of the same title. There are no exceptions.

All of our DVDs are multi-region NTSC (American) TV format.

IMPORTANT!

When mailing an order, please include, in writing, the item(s) you wish to purchase along with your email address, shipping address and phone number.

Shipping and Handling:

Add $3.50 for the first DVD ordered.
Add $1.00 for each additional DVD ordered.
Shipping is free when you order five or more DVDs!

All shipping costs are based upon delivery within the continental U.S. only. For shipment outside the U.S., please inquire.

The best time to reach us by phone is Monday through Friday 6:00pm to 9:30pm US Eastern time. If you would like to place an order at another time, you may leave the information on voicemail. Please speak clearly and include:

1. Your name as it appears on your the credit card.

2. The type of card you are using, the account number and the expiration date. Also include the three digit "Card Verification Code". These numbers appear on back of the card with the signature. They are the last three numbers following the entire account number (Visa & Discover) or following the last four digits of the account number (Mastercard).

3. The items you wish to order.

4. Your shipping address which MUST match the billing address for your credit card.

5. Your phone number so we can verify your order.

6. Your email address so we can verify your order.

7. IF YOU IGNORE #5 & #6, I'LL IGNORE YOUR ORDER!

CREDIT CARD PAYMENT BY EMAIL:

Sending credit card information via email is not 100% secure. To help insure security, please send three separate emails as follows:

1. In your first email write "Order Part One" in the subject line and include the first four account numbers from your credit card in the body of your email.

2. In your second email write "Order Part Two" in the subject line and include the next four account numbers from your credit card in the body of your email.

3. In your third email write "Order Part Three" in the subject line and include the final account numbers from your credit card in the body of your email. Also provide your name and address (your shipping address MUST match the billing address of your credit card). Also include the type of card you are using (Discover, Visa or Mastercard) as well as the expiration date and three digit "Card Verification Code". These numbers appear on back of the card with the signature. They are the last three numbers following the entire account number (Visa & Discover) or following the last four digits of the account number (Mastercard). Finally, list the items you wish to order.
